Meaningful Conversations with Lois Volta at Coterie Commons
Some of the most meaningful conversations are the ones that make us reconsider the things we do every day.
We've had the pleasure of welcoming Lois Volta to Coterie Commons for workshops that have been wonderfully received by our community. Her thoughtful, eye-opening approach has encouraged meaningful conversations about our homes, relationships, and the responsibilities we share.
Lois is a household strategist, consultant, and author with over a decade of experience helping families navigate the complexities of home life. Her book, Confessions of a Cleaning Lady, explores what our homes reveal about how we live, love, and care for one another. Her work reminds us that our homes and relationships are constantly evolving, and sometimes a fresh perspective can make all the difference.
This Saturday, October 10, we're delighted to welcome Lois back for two wonderful workshops.
The Home as a Tool for Wellbeing
1:00 PM
Our homes are so much more than the spaces we live in. They influence how we feel, function, and connect with those around us. Drawing on her experience in household strategy and consulting, Lois invites us to consider how our living spaces can better support our wellbeing and the lives we're living today.
Communication for Connection: Workshop for Parents
6:00 PM
Joined by Maria, Lois will explore respectful parenting, emotional regulation, and the ways we communicate with our children. Through practical examples and thoughtful conversation, they'll share approaches to creating more understanding, cooperation, and joy in everyday family life, whether your children are 2 or 12.
We have seen firsthand how much our community has enjoyed and appreciated Lois's workshops. There's something special about gathering with others, sharing experiences, and leaving with a perspective you may not have considered before.
If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Lois or attend one of her workshops, we hope you'll join us this Saturday. We're so pleased to bring these conversations to our community.
