Yes. We offer three types of rentals.

Photography Studio
Rental Options:
$325. Half Day (4 hours)
$625.00 Full Day (8 Hours)
50% Deposit is due upon booking your date
Remainder is due the day of your session
Natural Light Studio
Backdrops & Furniture
Complimentary Use of Wet Bar for Photographer
$50 stocked wet bar with seltzer, soda, tea, coffee can be added for your clients use
Special Event
Rental Options
Showers, Birthdays Parties, Book Clubs, Dinner Parties, Meetups
$200.00 for up to 2 hours of party time plus 1 hour of cleanup time (total of 3 hours)
$75.00 for each additional hour
Includes Use of furniture, chairs, tables
Workshops
Options
Host is responsible for all ticket sales.
$200 minimum or 20% of overall sales- A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remainder is due 24 hours before your event.
The fee includes up to 2 hours of workshop time plus 1 hour of cleanup time (total of 3 hours)
$75.00 for each additional hour
